We design it, permit it and build it

Design and construction sit in the same company, so one team is answerable for the drawing, the permit and the finished work. We are a licensed Utah general contractor, and we carry general liability insurance and workers compensation on every worker on your property.

How a project runs

Five steps, every time: consultation and design, pricing and contract, pre-construction, construction, then completion. Design runs from a week to several months depending on complexity, and you get a detailed pricing breakdown with two free budget revisions before anything is signed.

Once the build starts, a project manager or foreman runs daily operations and sends weekly updates, crews keep the site organised and clean daily, and a walk-through sets the punch list. You finish with a Landscape Care Packet and your warranty details.
