Ryan Pitt founded Pitt Landscape and Construction in 2007. What began as a maintenance company grew into a licensed Utah landscape and construction general contractor, license B-100: 10894545-5501, and hundreds of landscapes designed and installed along the Wasatch Front. Most contractors are one or the other. We are both, so we design it, permit it and build it — one licensed team, one contract.
We build for the ground we actually work on: freeze-thaw cycling, clay-dominant soil that drains poorly, and drought with tightening water restrictions. And we price it in the open, with detailed line-item estimates broken out by work area and service type on a cost-plus model that keeps the number fair and data-driven. Every worker on your property is covered by general liability insurance and workers compensation.

As the founder and driving force behind Pitt Landscape, Ryan oversees every aspect of the business, from project planning to customer relations. A graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in accounting, he combines financial acumen with hands-on experience to ensure each project is delivered on time and within budget. Over the years he has personally contributed to more than 500 installations across the Salt Lake Valley.
Sales Manager
Bryan has been instrumental in expanding the company presence across the Wasatch Front. He leads the sales team, develops client relationships and works closely with operations to align customer expectations with project execution.
Interim CFO and Developer
A long-time friend and business partner of Ryan Pitt, Scott brings a finance and technology background to the team. With a degree in economics from UCLA and experience in private-equity systems development, he manages financial planning and capital strategy, and built the company website and internal systems.

Responsible for the layout and installation of paver patios, walkways, driveways and segmental retaining walls. You will read hardscape designs and construction plans, prepare base materials, set grades and install to company standards. Experience installing boulders and natural stone is a strong plus. In winter this role may assist with snow removal.
